D-REC is the voice recorder that types as you talk, on your device. Hit record and every word appears on screen; tap any line to hear it again. The recording, the transcript and the summaries are all made on the phone or computer in your hand, and none of it is uploaded.

In one paragraph
D-REC is a voice recorder that writes down every word as it is said. Words land on screen while you talk, each line with its time, so any moment of a meeting, a doctor visit or a lecture is one tap away. It labels who spoke, writes summaries and marks sounds like laughter and applause, all on the device: on a computer its engine downloads once and then works offline, and on iPhone it uses Apple's on-device speech. Exports cover text, CSV, Markdown, subtitles, timeline markers for editors and the audio itself. It looks like a piece of hardware, a tape machine with a turning reel, in twenty seven colorways.
