A CSV with a timecode on every line
Every line of the transcript with the time of day and the timecode from the slate, at 24, 25 or 30 frames, ready for a spreadsheet, a database or an edit.
The CSV has one row per line of speech and two timecode columns: tc_tod, the time of day the line was said, and tc_rel, the timecode counted from the take's start or from the slate you typed.
The frame rate is yours to set, 24, 25 or 30, and the slate is kept as the string you typed, so changing the rate re-reads the same moment instead of drifting.
Chapter titles, marks and sound notes are rows too, so a spreadsheet filter finds every marked moment of a day in one pass.
It is written on the device from a transcript that never left it, and it opens in anything that reads a CSV.

What are the columns?
The line's text, the chapter, the kind of row, tc_tod for time of day and tc_rel for the timecode from the take's start or the slate.
Which frame rates?
24, 25 and 30, chosen in the clock menu; the same take can be re-read at another rate.
Is the CSV free?
Copying the words is always free. The file exports come with Pro; typing the slate's timecode and the markers for Resolve come with D-REC for the Set.
