Every line carries timecode, and D-REC exports timeline markers you can drop straight into DaVinci Resolve.
A transcript without timecode is a document. A transcript with timecode is an edit map.
D-REC stamps every line with its time, and can hand the take over as timeline markers for DaVinci Resolve, so the notes you took while it was happening arrive in the edit where they happened. What you flagged in the room is a marker on the timeline, not a note to be found again.
There is a marker key for exactly that reason. When something is worth coming back to, press it once and carry on; the mark lands at the playhead and the transcript carries it.
