With a timecode on every line, a transcript can send the edit straight to the moment something was said.
D-REC puts the time on every line and can export a recording as timeline markers for DaVinci Resolve, so the notes you made while recording land in the edit where they happened. Anything you flagged in the room shows up as a marker on the timeline.
There is a marker key for exactly that. When something is worth coming back to, press it once and carry on; the marker lands at the playhead and the transcript shows it.
You can also export the recording as text, Markdown or CSV, and the audio itself. Copying the text is free on every plan; file exports, with the chapter summaries included, are part of Pro.
